MISSION


To make Himali a learning community of motivated students and faculty involved in active learning through inherent values and the best use of modern technology.

To help develop young individuals who think for themselves and propagate belief in unity in diversity coupled with contemporary living.

To help produce responsible global citizens using National and International Level curriculums.

To impart education that shall promote educational excellence, physical fitness, emotional and spiritual health, social awareness and concern for environment in each Himali student through our own learning systems and practices.



SYSTEM

Affiliation to the Indian School Certificate Examinations in New Delhi for the ICSE and ISC board examinations conducted at Grade 10 and 12 respectively.

Affiliation to the Cambridge University International Examinations where can students can opt for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and the AS-A Levels.

The Cambridge International Primary Programme is on offer for the junior classes.

The school offers a choice of specialization from Grade 9 onwards where the student can opt for Science, Commerce or Humanities as his or her subject.

All the systems are current and up to date and are pertinent to the challenges and changes in education. The programs and affiliations offered are accepted by every university around the world.


METHODOLOGY

Each student is encouraged to achieve their potential with sound and stimulating teaching fundamentals backed by a tradition of excellence in every field. Academic progress is carefully monitored and regularly assessed.

The students are also encouraged to develop talents in areas of other personal interests apart from the general curriculum which every student follows. Sport, theatre, music and dance are some of the many facilities that are on the curriculum with exceptional platforms for artistic expression and performance. Technology, as a learning tool is used extensively at Himali.
